摘要

Abstract

The 5m S-SAR satellite constitutes a critical component of emergency management sat-ellite system.Equipped with S-band multi-polarization synthetic aperture radar(SAR),the sat-ellite possesses all-weather and all-day imaging capabilities,offering robust support for monito-ring and damage assessment of disasters such as floods,typhoons,landslides and mudslides.In response to the diverse observational requirements of different disaster types and their associated elements,focusing on four key aspects:disaster element monitoring,disaster risk monitoring,e-mergency response,and post-disaster recovery and reconstruction monitoring,targeted analyses and validations of SAR imaging mode requirements together with research on SAR data process-ing techniques and modeling methodologies were conducted in this study based on the multiple operational modes and polarization configurations of the 5m S-SAR satellite.Application testing was performed in accordance with operational procedures and product generation standards in the field of emergency management.The evaluation results of the satellite's on-orbit application test were analyzed,offering a reference for subsequent operational applications.
