Discussing the importance of liver in treating viscera disorders and miscellaneous diseases:based on the theory that"the liver affects the five viscera"
摘要
Abstract
Based on the theory that"the liver affects the five viscera",this study explores the intrinsic relation-ship between the liver and viscera disorders and miscellaneous diseases by analyzing the physiological functions and pathological states of the liver,as well as liver-focused therapeutic approaches.It highlights that stagnation,dishar-mony,and deficiency of liver qi-leading to disorders in other viscera-are critical mechanisms underlying the patho-genesis of viscera disorders and miscellaneous diseases.The progression of miscellaneous diseases affecting the vis-cera is invariably linked to liver.The authors argue that viscera disorders and miscellaneous diseases should be trea-ted with a primary focus on the liver.Clinically,they emphasize the principle that"all diseases can be addressed through liver regulation",achieving notable efficacy by employing strategies such as promoting liver qi,clearing liver fire,subduing liver hyperactivity,and warming liver cold.Two representative clinical cases are provided to illustrate these approaches.关键词
