摘要
Abstract
Focusing on the increasingly severe safety risks faced by in-orbit spacecraft,this paper presents the overall process,key components,and technical roadmap of space collision avoidance services implemented in the United States and Europe to mitigate the risk of spacecraft collisions.A comparative analysis is conducted between the TraCSS system and EUSST framework,focu-sing on differences in process design,technical scheme and rules and standards.Drawing upon the practical experience and research outcomes of these services,three key development directions are proposed to address spacecraft in-orbit safety requirements:the development of refined and intelligent collision risk assessment technologies;the establishment of standardized collision a-voidance response procedures;and the exploration of the service models aligned with the emer-ging trend of on-board autonomous collision avoidance.The findings of this study can serve as a reference for the future design and development of collision avoidance services.关键词
