基于多种临床常规标志物的中国人群生物学年龄模型的构建
Construction of biological age model based on multiple routine clinical biomarkers for the Chinese population

Abstract
Aim:To construct biological age(BA)models using multiple routine clinical biomarkers.Methods:A total of 8 133 individuals aged 20-79 years were selected from the 2009 China Health and Nutrition Survey database,with 3 788 males and 4 345 females.Twelve biomarkers comprising clinical blood biochemical indicators and anthropometric measure-ment indicators were combined,Klemera-Doubal method(KDM)was applied to construct biological age(KDM-BA)for each combination.The combination of all 12 biomarkers was identified as the optimal model,and its estimated BA was designated KDM-BA12.KDM-BA with a difference of less than 3 years from KDM-BA12 was taken as the superior model.The difference between KDM-BA12 and chronological age was taken as the KDM-BA12 acceleration.Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlation between the superior KDM-BA and KDM-BA12.Generalized linear regression was conducted to as-sess the association of smoking,alcohol consumption with the KDM-BA12 acceleration.Results:A total of 4 083 combina-tions of the 12 biomarkers were generated,668 were superior models,and the correlation coefficient with KDM-BA12 of 232 superior models was greater than 0.990.The results of generalized linear regression showed that smoking and alcohol con-sumption were significantly associated with KDM-BA12 acceleration,β(95%CI)was 0.77(0.67-0.86)and 0.59(0.49-0.68),respectively.Conclusion:KDM-BA model based on multiple routine clinical biomarkers has been successfully con-structed.关键词
