食管腺癌组织中P63蛋白的表达及其与预后的关系
Expression of P63 in esophageal adenocarcinoma tissue and its relation-ship with prognosis
摘要
Abstract
Aim:To study the expression of P63 in esophageal adenocarcinoma tissue and its relationship with progno-sis.Methods:Totally of 114 patients with esophageal adenocarcinoma were included,among them,74 cases showed positive P63 expression,and 40 cases showed negative P63 expression.Kaplan-Meier was used to plot the survival curve of the 2 groups,and Cox regression model was used to analyze the impact of P63 protein expression on the prognosis of patients with esophageal adenocarcinoma.Results:Patients with positive P63 protein expression had better survival than those with nega-tive expression(P=0.009).Cox regression analysis showed that positive expression of P63 protein was a protective factor for the prognosis of esophageal adenocarcinoma[HR(95％CI)=0.526(0.323～0.858)].Conclusion:Patients with posi-tive expression of P63 protein in esophageal adenocarcinoma have a good prognosis.关键词
