平衡针联合鳖甲煎丸治疗卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿血瘀证15例临床观察
Clinical observation on combination therapy of balance acupuncture and Biejiajian Wan(鳖甲煎丸)for 15 cases of ovarian endometriotic cysts with blood stasis syndrome

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of balance acupuncture combined with Biejiajian Wan(鳖甲煎丸)in treating ovarian endometriotic cysts(OEC)with blood stasis syndrome.Methods 30 patients with OEC and blood stasis syndrome were randomly divided into a control group(15 cases)and a treatment group(15 cases)using a random number table.The control group received oral Biejiajian Wan,while the treatment group re-ceived balance acupuncture in addition to the control group's regimen.Both groups were treated for three menstrual cycles(one cycle per month).Clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,visual analogue scale(V AS)scores,maxi-mum diameter length of the OEC,and serum carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125)levels were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 73.33％(11/15)in the treatment group and 40.00％(6/15)in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P＜0.05).After treatment,both groups showed signifi-cant reductions in TCM syndrome scores,VAS scores,and serum CA125 levels,as well as decreased maximum diameter length of the OEC(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).The treatment group exhibited greater reductions in TCM syn-drome scores,VAS scores,and CA125 levels compared to the control group(P＜0.01).Conclusion Balance acu-puncture combined with Biejiajian Wan significantly improves clinical symptoms,alleviates dysmenorrhea,reduces cyst size,and lowers serum CA125 levels in OEC patients with blood stasis syndrome,thereby enhancing quality of life.This combined therapy is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
