中医功法对心理亚健康大学生学业焦虑的干预效果
Intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine exercises on academic anxiety in college students with psychological subhealth

Abstract
Objective To investigate the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)exercises on academic anxiety in college students with psychological subhealth.Methods A total of 100 college students with psychological subhealth from a university in Bengbu were randomly divided into a control group and an obser-vation group(50 each).The control group received routine psychological counseling,while the observation group underwent TCM exercise training,including Wuqinxi,Tai Chi,Yijinjing,and Baduanjin.Training was conducted once weekly(30 minutes per session)for 8 weeks.Post-intervention,overall satisfaction rates and academic anxiety scores were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,academic anxiety scores in the ob-servation group significantly decreased,with statistically significant differences compared to both pre-intervention scores in the observation group and post-intervention scores in the control group(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate was 50.0%(25/50)in the control group and 78.0%(39/50)in the observation group,showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion TCM exercises can alleviate academic anxiety in college students with suboptimal mental health,offering novel perspectives and approaches for academic anxiety intervention.关键词
