烟草NtJAR1家族基因的鉴定及生物信息学分析
Identification and Bioinformatics Analysis of NtJAR1 Family Genes in Nicotiana tabacum L

Abstract
This study aims to reveal the phytohormone metabolism and stress response mechanisms of flue-cured tobacco.Bioinformatic tools were used to identify the jasmonoyl-isoleucine synthetase(JAR1)genes from the whole genome data of Nicotiana tabacum L.The physicochemical properties of the deduced proteins,phylogenetic relationship,conserved domains,gene structures,core cis-acting elements in the promoter region,and transcriptional patterns were analyzed.A total of 12 NtJAR1 genes were identified in the genome of N.tabacum L.and the phylogenetic tree showed that these genes were classified into two subfamilies(I and II).The deduced proteins had the lengths of 360-630 aa,isoelectric points of 5.56-6.93,and molecular weights of 40.22-68.94 KDa.They were amphiphilic proteins with consistent thermostability.Except NtJAR1-6,NtJAR1-3,NtJAR1-9,and NtJAR1-12 were located in the nucleus,other proteins were in the cytoplasm.All the NtJAR1 genes had a unique conserved domain of the GH3 family,3-5 exons,and 2-5 introns.The NtJAR1 gene family members demonstrated a tissue-specific expression pattern in N.tabacum L.Specifically,NtJAR1-5,NtJAR1-6,NtJAR1-8,NtJAR1-10,NtJAR1-7,and NtJAR1-4 were highly expressed in the roots,while NtJAR1-3 and NtJAR1-12 were highly expressed in the leaves.NtJAR1 genes responded to cold stress,with NtJAR1-7,NtJAR1-8,NtJAR1-10,and NtJAR1-12 being up-regulated under cold stress.关键词
