Coupling and Coordination Analysis of Agricultural Ecological Security and Food Security in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River Region

Abstract
The middle reaches of the Yangtze River are the main grain producing areas in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The coordinated development of agricultural ecological security and food security in this region plays an important role in promoting food security and high-quality agricultural development in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Based on the non-point source data of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River region from 2002 to 2022,the entropy weight method and comprehensive index model were used to evaluate the de-velopment level of agricultural ecological security and food security.The coupling coordination degree model and grey correlation model were used to deeply analyze the degree of coordinated development and influencing fac-tors of agricultural ecological security and food security.The results indicated that the comprehensive indices of agricultural ecological security,food security,and comprehensive development in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River region showed a similar trend,with a slight upward fluctuation overall.The coupling degree and coordination between agricultural ecological security and food security in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River were generally good,and there was a significant strong correlation between the two.In most years,agri-cultural ecological security and food security were in a coordinated development state.The correlation between agricultural ecological security subsystem indicators and system coupling coordination degree was slightly higher than that between food security subsystem indicators and system coupling coordination degree.In the interaction between the two,the correlation between the sec-ondary indicators of the food security subsystem and the agricultural ecological security was higher than that between the secondary indicators of the agricul-tural ecological security subsystem and the food se-curity.The countermeasures and suggestions including comprehensively considering the coordinated development relationship between agricultural ecological security and food security,strengthening regional and departmental cooperation,actively coordinate development,adapting to local conditions,and scientifically layout were proposed.关键词
