不同配方基肥对植烟土壤微生物及烟叶品质的影响
Effects of Different Base Fertilizers on Microbial Community Structure of Tobacco-Planting Soil and Quality of Flue-Cured Tobacco

Abstract
This study aims to reveal the effects of applying base fertilizer on soil microbial community structure and tobacco quality.The field experiment was conducted with the tobacco variety'Yunyan 87'.A block design was adopted to compare the microbial community structure and metabolites in the rhizosphere soil of tobacco at the maturity stage between the fertilization treatments of currently used base fertilizer and new base fertilizer.In addition,the main chemical components of cured tobacco leaves were determined.The results showed that the abundance of beneficial microorganisms was increased by the new base fertilizer treatment.Particularly,the T2 treatment(N 9.21%,P2O5 15.25%,K2O 7.53%)significantly increased the fungal diversity.This treatment increased the abundance of fungal phyla such as Basidiomycota and Chytridiomycota and significantly enhanced the abundance of bacterial genera such as Rhodanobacter and Sphingobium.Furthermore,the T2 treatment raised the levels of metabolites such as lipids,organic acids,organic oxygen-containing compounds,and polyketides.In addition,this treatment demonstrated the best performance in coordinating chemical components and improving the quality of tobacco.In summary,the application of the new base fertilizer No.2 was more conducive to the microecological regulation of the tobacco-planting soil and the improvement of tobacco quality in the study area.关键词
