外源茉莉酸甲酯对盐胁迫下菊花生理指标的影响
Effects of Exogenous Methyl Jasmonate on Physiological Indicators of Chrysanthemum under Salt Stress

Abstract
Studying the changes in physiological indicators of chrysanthemum after external application of methyl jasmonate(MeJA)under salt stress,clarifying the physiological mechanism of MeJA in improving salt toler-ance of chrysanthemum,can provide a basis for promoting the application of chrysanthemums in ecological restoration and high-value utilization of saline alkali land.Using the medicinal chrysanthemum variety Qiju as the experimental material,300 mmol/L NaCl solution was used to simulate high salt stress.The content of chlorophyll and osmoregulatory substances[soluble sugars,proline,malondialdehyde(MDA)],as well as the activity of antioxidant enzymes[superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD),and catalase(CAT))in chrysanthemum leaves after foliar spraying with 200 μ mol/L MeJA solution were studied.The gene expression levels of antioxidant enzymes in salt stressed chrysanthemum were analyzed using real-time fluorescence quantita-tive PCR(qRT PCR)method.The results showed that external application of MeJA could slow down the decreas-ing trend of chlorophyll content in chrysanthemums under salt stress,increase soluble sugar and proline content,reduce MDA content,and enhance the activity and gene expression levels of SOD,POD,and CAT.External ap-plication of MeJA can reduce the damage of high salt stress to chrysanthemum,and the research results provide theoretical basis and technical support for MeJA to improve the salt tolerance of chrysanthemums.关键词
