玉米茎基腐病的病原菌鉴定、生物学特性及其对7种常用杀菌剂的敏感性
Identification and Biological Characteristics of Maize Stalk Rot and Its Sensitivity to Seven Common Fungicides

Abstract
Exploring the pathogen,biological charac-teristics,and sensitivity to common fungicides of maize stalk rot in Xinxiang City,Henan Province,can provide theoretical basis for effective prevention and control of maize stalk rot disease in production.Plants with typical symptoms of maize stalk rot were collected from Xinxiang City,Henan Province.Plant tissue isolation method was used for isolation,and the pathogenic bacteria were analyzed based on Koch's rule experiment,morphology,and ITS molec-ular identification.Using the mycelial growth rate method,the effects of its biological characteristics(temperature,light,pH value,and type of culture medium)and the sensitivity of seven common fungi-cides(tebuconazole,iprodione,carbendazim,fluazinam,carbendazim,fluconazole and flupyram)were deter-mined.The results showed that a total of 6 pathogens with consistent morphological characteristics were isolated from the tested maize stalk rot plants.Typical characteristic strains were selected for morphological and ITS molecular identification.The morphological results showed that the strain was highly similar in spore morphology and filamentous appearance to Pythium aphanidermatum strain.ITS molecular identification results showed that the strain had a high homology of 98%with the P.aphanidermatum strain,confirming its identity as P.aphani-dermatum.The results of biological characteristics test showed that the most suitable growth conditions for the tested strains were 24 h light,35 ℃,pH value of 5 with maize meal culture medium.The indoor toxicity test results showed that fluazinam,ether fungicide,oxytetracycline,and flupyram had EC50 values of 0.115-0.308μg/mL against the tested pathogens,indicating strong antibacterial activity.P.aphanidermatum is the main pathogen causing maize stalk rot in Xinxiang City,Henan Province.It is suitable to grow on the maize meal culture medium with 35 ℃,24 h light,pH value of 5,and can be controlled by using fluazinam,kresoxim-methyl,hymexazol,oxamycin and fluopicolide.关键词
