摘要

Abstract

To investigate the influence of stone powder content in manufactured sand on concrete performance,this study systematically analyzed the effects of stone powder content on the workability and mechanical properties of concrete using dolomite-derived manufactured sand.By fixing the fineness modulus of manufactured sand at 2.60 and setting 13 stone powder content levels(0%-28%),key indicators including slump,air content,and compressive strength were tested.Results show that stone powder content significantly affects concrete properties with phased variation characteristics.At 10%stone powder content,both concrete mix performance(slump,air content)and mechanical properties(compressive strength)reach peak values.Excessively high or low stone powder content reduces concrete performance.Based on comprehensive analysis,it is recommended to control the sieved stone powder content of dolomite artificial sand between 10%and 16%to enhance concrete workability and durability.This study provides theoretical and practical guidance for optimizing stone powder content in artificial sand for engineering applications.
