腐熟牛粪中耐高温高效纤维素分解菌的筛选及其复合菌系的降解效果
Screening of Thermotolerant and High-Efficiency Cellulose-Decomposing Bacteria from Composted Cattle Manure and Degradation Efficiency of Composite Bacterial Consortia

Abstract
In this study,high-efficiency cellulose decomposing bacterium were isolated from naturally fermented and decomposed cattle manure by cellulose sodium plate method and Congo red staining me-thod,and the strains were identified by 16SrDNA molecular biology technology.Carboxymethyl cellulase activity was used as the screening index,and the compositing strain was constructed based on the filter pa-per enzyme activity test and antagonistic experiment,and its degradation effect on the stick of enoki mush-room was evaluated.The results showed that two strains with high cellulase activity were identified as Pseudoxanthomonas taiwanensis and Bacillus.The compound strains were compounded in equal propor-tions by the two strains,and the carboxymethyl cellulase activity was 25.22 U/mL,and the filter paper en-zyme activity was 14.95 U/mL.The composite strains showed good degradation ability to Enoki mushroom sticks,with a degradation rate of 47.47%.关键词
