Abstract
The resettlement acceptance verification for large and medium-sized water conservancy and hydropower projects constitutes a critical component of the engineering acceptance system.Through an in-depth study of verification procedures for resettlement acceptance conditions,the authors clarify that the essence of verification lies in conducting comprehensive inspection and evaluation of compliance with acceptance criteria prior to formal implementation.Its core objectives are to ensure regulatory conformity and operational effectiveness of the acceptance process.This paper systematically explores the necessity of verification:1)ensuring compliance with regulations and procedural solemnity;2)reducing resource waste and time costs;3)safeguarding migrants' rights and social stability;4)accelerating the resolution of legacy issues.A verification system is proposed,encompassing three fundamental principles,a complete operational workflow,and multi-dimensional verification methodologies.The research demonstrates that acceptance condition verification holds significant practical value in ensuring legal compliance and efficiency of acceptance procedures,safeguarding migrant' rights and social harmony,and expediting the resolution of outstanding problems.关键词
