中国奶牛产业发展存在的问题及建议
Problems and Suggestions on the Development of Dairy Cow Industry in China
摘要
Abstract
As a key part of animal husbandry,dairy industry plays an irreplaceable role in ensuring na-tional food security,improving residents' dietary structure and promoting the development of agricultural economy.With the continuous expansion of the scale of dairy farming in China,large-scale and standardized farming has gradually become the main development trend.However,the dairy industry in China is still fa-cing many challenges in the process of development.This paper systematically summarizes the basic situa-tion of the development of dairy industry in China,and proposes development suggestions from the aspects of cost control,variety improvement,technology renewal,disease prevention and control and environmental governance to address the existing problems in the industry.Futuremore,a prospect was made for the fu-ture development of the dairy industry,which is believed to present three major trends:intelligent deve-lopment,improvement in quality and efficiency,and technology driven upgrading,providing reference for the development of the dairy industry.关键词
