Abstract
To address construction defects in the rock-filled concrete of the Hejiang River Barrage,the author analyzes the causes of the defects and proposes treatment solutions through methods including water pressure tests in boreholes,borehole television inspection,and shear strength tests.The study reveals that surface contamination of the lift is the primary cause of poor interlayer bonding.For Dam Blocks No.4 and No.5,optimized measures involving"cement grouting of the existing dam body+dam body drainage+concrete patching on the upstream face"are adopted.For Dam Blocks No.7,No.8,and No.9,the treatment approach"cement grouting of the dam body+addition of an impervious face slab on the upstream side"is implemented.Stability stress recheck calculations confirm that the optimized anti-sliding stability safety factors reached 1.31-1.35,meeting the requirements of design specifications.This research provides valuable technical references for handling similar construction defects in rock-filled concrete dams,ensuring the stability and safety of the structure.关键词
