Abstract
Objective To analyze the current status and influencing factors of cognitive function impairment in patients with stable schizophrenia(SCZ).Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 147 patients with stable SCZ admitted to the Third Hospital of Quanzhou from June 2022 to June 2024.The patients were grouped based on their current cognitive impairment status into the impairment group(cognitive function impairment)and the normal group(normal cognitive function).The general sociological data and disease-related characteristics of the patients were collected,and univariate analysis was conducted.Collinearity analysis was performed on the indicators with statistically significant differences in the results of the two groups of univariate analysis.The indicators without collinearity were included in the multivariate logistic regression model to explore the current status and influencing factors of cognitive function impairment in patients with stable SCZ.Results A total of 147 patients with stable SCZ were included in this study.Among them,30 pa-tients had a MATRICS consensus congnitive battery(MCCB)score＜40 points,accounting for 20.41％,and they were in-cluded in the injury group.A total of 117 patients had a MCCB score of ≥ 40 points,accounting for 79.59％,and they were included in the normal group.Univariate analysis showed that age,disease duration,sleep quality,and medication compliance were related to cognitive impairment in patients with stable SCZ(P＜0.05).The analysis results of the multi-variate logistic regression showed that age(β=0.139,OR=1.149,95％CI:1.025-1.287),disease duration(β=1.016,OR=2.761,95％CI:1.273-5.988),sleep quality(β=0.446,OR=1.562,95％CI:1.105-2.207),medication compliance(β=-0.892,OR=0.410,95％CI:0.205-0.817)were all independent influencing factors for cognitive impairment in patients with stable SCZ(P＜0.05).Conclusion Age,disease duration,sleep quality,and medication compliance are all independent influencing factors for cognitive function impairment in patients with stable SCZ.Clinically,targeted plans for patients with stable SCZ need to be implemented in combination with the above factors to promote their recovery as soon as possible.关键词
