Impact of positive psychological intervention based on positive emotion,engagement,relationships,meaning,accomplishment on the work stress and subjective well-being of standardized training nurses

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of positive psychological intervention based on positive emotion,engagement,re-lationships,meaning,accomplishment(PERMA)on the work stress and subjective well-being of standardized training nurs-es in a tertiary grade A hospital.Methods A total of 80 nurses in standardized training who were registered and employed in a tertiary grade A hospital from July to August 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by the coin-tossing method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received general psychological intervention,and the experimental group received positive psychological intervention based on PERMA model on the basis of general psychological nursing,and the intervention time was 6 weeks.The work stress,job burnout and subjective well-being index of nurses in the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of the Chinese nurses' work stress source scale(CNWSS)and job burnout in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of the index of well-being scale was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive psychological intervention based on the PERMA model can effectively relieve the work stress of standardized training nurses,cultivate positive values,and enhance their subjective well-being,and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
