Abstract
Amid the push for high-quality development in hospitals,the establishment of urban healthcare groups has be-come particularly crucial,with medical quality management serving as a key component.In response to national health administration policies,a healthcare group adopted the concept of homogeneous quality management under the leadership of its executives and implemented a series of measures accordingly.This study examines the implementation strategies,outcomes,and challenges of homogeneous medical quality management within the group,while proposing targeted improvement recommendations.Guided by national healthcare policies,the group facilitated the advancement of homogeneous quality management through measures such as standardizing institutional regulations,revising management criteria,optimizing organizational structures,and strengthening oversight of critical processes.This paper elaborates on the implementation of these initiatives and analyzes their positive impact on enhancing medical quality and ensuring patient safety.关键词
