银杏酮酯滴丸联合度洛西汀治疗卒中后抑郁的效果
Effect of Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dripping Pills combined with Duloxetine in the treatment of post-stroke depression
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills combined with Duloxetine in the treat-ment of post-stroke depression.Methods A total of 86 patients with post-stroke depression admitted to Jiujiang 171 Hospi-tal from January 2021 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects and they were divided into the control group(43 cases)and the observation group(43 cases)according to the random number table method.Both groups of patients were given conventional comprehensive symptomatic treatment.The control group was treated with oral Duloxetine.On this basis,the observation group was treated with Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.Neurological function(National Institutes of Health stroke scale[NIHSS]),cognitive function(mini-mental state examination[MMSE]),serological indicators(5-hydroxytryptamine[5-HT],brain-derived neurotrophic factor[BDNF],nerve growth factor[NGF]),and depressive mood(Hamilton depression scale[HAMD]),activities of daily living(Barthel index[BI]),adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the NIHSS score and HAMD score of both groups were lower than those before treatment,while the MMSE score,5-HT,BDNF,NGF levels and BI score were higher than those before treatment,moreover,the NIHSS score and HAMD score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the MMSE score,5-HT,BDNF,NGF levels and BI score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion The treat-ment of Ginkgo Ketone Ester Dropping Pills combined with Duloxetine can regulate the levels of neurological factors in patients with post-stroke depression,promote the recovery of neurological function,improve depressive mood,enhance cognitive function and daily living ability,and the combined treatment has high safety.关键词
