基于成果导向教育理念指导下的临床思维教学改革教学方法在高等专科学校临床内科教学中的应用效果
Application effect of the clinical thinking teaching reform teaching method under the guidance of the outcome-based education concept in the clinical internal medicine teaching of higher vocational colleges

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of clinical thinking teaching reform guided by the concept of out-come-based education(OBE)in clinical internal medicine teaching in higher vocational colleges.Methods A total of 200 students majoring in clinical medicine in the 2022 grade of higher vocational colleges of Changchun Medical College in March 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the experimental group(teaching reform of clinical thinking under the guidance of the OBE concept,n=100)and the control group(traditional face-to-face teaching mode,n=100)according to different teaching classes.Autonomous learning ability,academic performance(practical operation skills score and theoretical score),comprehensive professional quality,teamwork ability and teaching satisfaction were compared of the two groups.Results The scores of autonomous learning ability,academic performance,comprehensive pro-fessional quality and teamwork ability in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of teaching content,teaching methods,teaching quality,learning resources and learning atmosphere in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the clinical thinking teaching reform model guided by the OBE concept in the teaching of clinical internal medicine in higher vocational colleges can improve students' autonomous learning ability and academic performance,enhance their operational skills,improve their comprehensive professional quality and teamwork ability,and increase their teaching satisfaction.关键词
