综合性护理干预联合中药熏洗在寻常型银屑病中的应用效果
Application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in psoriasis vulgaris

Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in psoriasis vulgaris(PV).Methods A total of 50 patients with PV admitted to Xinyu People's Hospital from January 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group(n=25)and the observation group(n=25).The control group was given routine intervention and traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 1 month.The disease degree(psoriasis area and severity index[PASI]),pruritus degree(visual analogue scale[VAS]),mastery of the disease,stigma(feeling of stigmatization of psoriasis questionnaire[FSQ]),psychological state(self-rating anxiety scale[SAS],self-rating depression scale[SDS]),self-management behavior and quality of life(dermatology life quality index[DLQI])were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The PASI,VAS,SAS,SAS and DLQI scores of the observation group after intervention were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The disease mastery score,FSQ score and self-management behavior score of the obser-vation group after intervention were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention combined with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing can improve the disease cognition and self-care ability of PV patients,reduce the stigma,improve the mental state,relieve the degree of pruritus,reduce the degree of disease,and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
