幸福PERMA模式联合镜像疗法在乳腺癌根治术患者中的应用价值
Application value of the happiness PERMA model combined with mirror therapy in patients undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the happiness PERMA model combined with mirror therapy in patients un-dergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods A total of 60 breast cancer patients who underwent radical mastec-tomy in Affiliated Rehabilitation Hospital of Nanchang University from December 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups received routine care.The control group received mirror therapy intervention,and the observation group received happiness PERMA model intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups continued to receive care until the patients were discharged from the hospital.The perceived stress,overall well-being,exercise compliance,range of motion of the shoulder joint and complications of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The score of the Chinese perceived stress scale(CPSS)in the observation group after nursing was lower than that in the control group,and the score of the general well-being schedule(GWB)was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total compliance rate of exercise in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After the nursing care,the range of motion of the shoulder joint in the observation group were greater than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The happiness PERMA model combined with mirror therapy can reduce the perceived stress level of patients undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer,effectively enhance the overall well-being of patients,promote the improvement of their exercise compliance,facilitate the improvement of shoulder joint range of motion,and thereby reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
