Impact of safe and comfortable dual view operating room nursing on pa-tients undergoing cervical cancer surgery

Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of safe and comfortable dual-view operating room nursing on patients undergo-ing cervical cancer surgery.Methods From March 2021 to March 2024,90 patients with cervical cancer who underwent la-paroscopic radical surgery in the operating room of Jiujiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as observation samples,and they were divided into test group and control group by random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group received routine operating room nursing for laparoscopic radical cervical cancer surgery,while the test group received safe and comfortable dual-view operating room nursing on top of the routine nursing.After receiving the safe and comfortable dual-view operating room nursing,the observation indicators of the two groups were compared post-intervention.Results The total incidence of adverse events in operating room nursing in the test group was lower than those in the control group.The general comfort questionnaire(GCQ)scores in the test group were higher than those in the control group,and the postoperative recovery indicators in the test group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).Conclusion Applying safe and comfortable dual-view nursing in the operating room nursing for patients undergoing laparoscopic radical cervical cancer surgery can improve patients' surgical comfort,reduce the probability of adverse nursing events in the operating room,and accelerate patients' recovery progress.关键词
