经络梳理联合五音疗法对胫腓骨骨折患者围手术期焦虑的影响
Effect of meridian combing combined with five sound therapy on periop-erative anxiety in patients with tibiofibular fracture
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of meridian combing combined with five sound therapy on perioperative anxiety in patients with tibiofibular fracture.Methods Sixty patients with tibiofibular fractures admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into a control group(30 cases)and an observation group(30 cases)using random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given meridian combing combined with five sound therapy.Both groups were intervened continuously for 7 days.The degree of pain,negative emotions,psychological stress and sleep quality were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 6,24,48,and 72 hours after surgery,after inter-vention,the scores of the self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS),symptom checklist scale(SCL-90),and pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were lower than those of the control group,with statistical significances(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of meridian combing and five sound therapy can effectively alleviate perioperative anxiety and depression in patients with tibial and fibular fractures,alleviate psychological stress levels,improve sleep quality,and have a simple and reliable effect,with high clinical practical value.关键词
