摘要

Abstract

In order to explore the load sharing characteristics of multi-source(including 10 groups of power sources)of the large tunnel boring machines(TBM)main drive gear system with a diameter of 13 m under the real driving conditions,the finite element method to establish the transient dynamic finite element model of the TBM main drive system is used.The main bearing clearance,the meshing contact force of each gear in different positions of the active drive pinion,and the gear load sharing performance is mainly studied.The research results show that the load sharing and synchronization of multi-source confluence of TBM main drive system can be greatly improved by adjusting the main bearing clearance and the position of the active drive pinion.Meanwhile,the fluctuation of gear meshing contact force can be reduced by improving the manufacturing and installation accuracy and increasing the stiffness of the large gear.
