基于对称屏蔽层的1300kV精密直流电压比例标准研制
Precision 1 300 kV DC High Voltage Ratio Standard with Symmetric Shielding

Abstract
The highest voltage level of the DC high voltage ratio standard was 1000 kV in China.It couldn't meet the tracing requirements of high voltage dividers in±1100kV DC ultra high voltage transmission project.Symmetric shielding structure was proposed which could reduce the impact of measurement resistance layer leakage current and transverse electric field.The radial potential difference of the measuring resistance layer was greatly reduced by the design of the equal potential inner shield resistor,and the leakage current of the measuring resistance layer and the transverse electric field were suppressed.And also,measurements of the resistance temperature coefficient,voltage coefficient and temperature rise tests were carried out.The 1300 kV precision DC voltage ratio standard was developed based on the basis and voltage simulation test was applied on the standard.The experiment shows that the 1300 kV DC high voltage ratio standard uncetainty is 3.8×10-5(k=2).关键词
