摘要

Abstract

The stability and accuracy of the current acetylene saturated absorption frequency stabilized laser system far exceed the requirements of wavelength meter calibration.An integrated acetylene linear absorption frequency stabilized laser system is developed,which is suitable for the calibration of the wavelength meter in the communication band.The system uses the method of primary harmonic linear absorption and frequency stabilization,so that the laser frequency output of the narrow linewidth single frequency laser(DFB)is locked on the 194.369 5 THz(1 542.38 nm)absorption line of 13C2H2.The stability of the optical system is improved by using optical fiber output with an optical system of 5.5 cm acetylene gas chamber to detect the acetylene absorption signal,the optical system and electrical system are integrated in a compact 213.2 mm×128.7 mm×300 mm chassis,and the auto locking function of the acetylene frequency stabilization system is realized through the integrated optoelectronic combination system.A compact,low-cost,and stable acetylene-stabilized laser system is built,its 1 s frequency stability can reach 2.3×10-9,and the absolute frequency value of the acetylene frequency stabilized laser system is 194 369 563.8(4)MHz.
