不同高温闷棚对设施辣椒及其连作土壤的影响
Effects of different high-temperature soil solarization treatments on greenhouse peppers and their continuous cropping soil

Abstract
[Objective]Pepper is an important vegetable in Jiangxi Province.With the rapid development of the facility industry,the problem of continuous cropping obstacles in peppers has become increasingly prominent.This study aims to make the best use of the water flooding and high-temperature soil solarization treatments to reduce the continuous cropping obstacles of protected-cultivation peppers in Jiangxi Province.[Method]Taking the greenhouse peppers in Yongfeng County as the research object,this study investigated the effects of water flooding and high-temperature sealing(YFM.1),as well as the addition of hymexazol(YFM.2),biochar(YFM.3),and microbial inoculants(YFM.4)during(or after)the treatment,on the enzyme activities,physical and chemical properties,microbial flora of pepper continuous cropping soil,disease occurrence,and the yield of peppers.[Result]The four treatments could significantly increase the urease activity of continuous cropping pepper soil,but only YFM.4 could significantly increase the activities of catalase and alkaline phosphatase.Each treatment could not change the pH of continuous cropping pepper soil but could significantly reduce its electrical conductivity.The contents of soil available nitrogen and organic matter in YFM.4 and the content of soil available potassium in YFM.1 were lower than those of the control,while the soil nutrient contents of other treatments were higher than those of the control.Except for YFM.4,the other treatments increased the soil microbial diversity,and all four treatments increased the number of beneficial flora in the soil and slowed down the conversion process of continuous cropping soil from a bacterial type to a fungal type.Each treatment could increase the pepper yield and reduce the occurrence of diseases.Among them,YFM.4 exhibited the highest pepper yield,optimal quality,and no incidence of soil-borne diseases.[Conclusion]Irrigation and high-temperature sealing can alleviate,to a certain extent,problems such as soil salinization,accumulation of harmful organisms,and soil nutrient imbalance caused by continuous cropping of protected-cultivation peppers.The effect is the best when applying biological agents after soil sealing treatment.关键词
