摘要

Abstract

[Objective]Phenolic acid is a plant active ingredient with antibacterial activity,and how to improve its antibacterial activity has been widely concerned.[Method]Nine acyl phenolic acid derivatives were synthesized by the reaction of methyl p-hydroxybenzoate,methyl vanillic acid and methyl syringate with phenolic hydroxyl as active site and three anhydrides.The structure of the target compound was characterized by NMR,MS and single crystal diffraction,and the antifungal activities of nine acyl phenolic acid derivatives against fourteen pathogenic fungi were studied by mycelium growth method.[Result]The test results indicate that acylphenolic acid derivatives exhibit certain antimicrobial activity against 14 pathogenic fungi.Compound A7 exhibits the best antibacterial activity against Rhizoctonia solani Kühn and citrus Colletotrichum gloeosporioides,with IC50 of 52.894 mg/L and 78.630 mg/L,respectively.Compound A5 exhibits the best antibacterial activity against Rhizoctonia solani,and its IC50 is 27.041 mg/L.[Conclusion]Two phenolic acid derivatives with high antifungal activity were obtained by research screening,which provided ideas and theoretical bacteriostasis for the development of botanical fungicides.
