Development framework for the remote robotic surgery operational guideline(2025 edition)
摘要
Abstract
Remote robotic surgery integrates surgical robotic systems with telecommunication technologies,enabling surgeons to perform operations from a considerable physical distance.This method facilitates the sharing and dissemination of high-quality medical resources,supports their distribution to underserved areas,and enhances access to advanced surgical techniques and training.In recent years,numerous clinical studies on remote robotic surgery have been published globally.However,given its relatively short history of clinical application,there is a pressing need to standardize and unify surgical practices and techniques.In response,the Digital Medicine Subcommittee of the Chinese Medical Association,the Mobile Health Subcommittee of the Chinese Association of Research Hospitals,and Gansu Provincial Hospital have jointly initiated the development of the remote robotic surgery operational guideline(2025 edition).The initiative is methodologi-cally supported by the GRADE China Center,World Health Organization Guidelines Implementation and Knowledge Translation Cooperation Center,Gansu Provincial Center for Medical Guideline Industry Technol-ogy,and the Center for Evidence-Based Medicine of Lanzhou University.The guideline will be developed in strict adherence to the"WTO Handbook for Guideline Development"and"The Principles for the Develop-ment/Revision of Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines in China"to ensure its scientific rigor and prac-tical feasibility.关键词
