幽门螺杆菌感染及相关代谢指标与肥胖关联的队列研究
A cohort study on the association of Helicobacter pylori infection and related metabolic indicators with obesity
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection and related metabolic indicators and obesity. Methods A cohort design study was used to include 1 952 people who under-went physical examination at The Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medi-cine from January,2017 to December,2021 for the detection of Hp and related biochemical indexes, and to an-alyze its association with obesity. Results There were 309 cases of obesity during the follow-up period and 238 cases of obesity in the Hp-positive group(869 cases),with an obesity incidence of 27.39%.Analysis of gender and age groups revealed that the incidence of obesity in Hp-infected males and in the age group of 40 to 50 years was significantly higher than that of females and other age groups, and the difference was statisti-cally significant(P<0.001).Multifactorial Cox regression analysis showed that Hp infection, high uric acid level, high fasting glucose level, and fatty liver were risk factors for obesity(P<0.05),and high-density lipo-protein was a protective factor(P<0.001);the interaction analysis found that there was a significant interactive effect between Hp infection and high uric acid level,high-density lipoprotein, and fatty liver in the develop-ment of obesity, with HR(95%CI)of 1.00[0.99,1.00],6.15[1.34,28.18],and 0.06[0.01,0.27],respectively.Conclusion A correlation exists between Hp infection and related metabolic indexes and the occurrence of obesity, suggesting that rational control of related risk factors may be helpful for obesity prevention and control.关键词
