Modeling and Parameter Matching Analysis of Front-end Speed Regulating Wind Turbine Drive System

Abstract
For the front-end speed regulating wind turbine drive system,the critical operating point,main input and speed-regulating input component speed regulating section and other drive characteristics under six differential gear train connection modes are first analyzed respectively,and the relationship between component power ratio and speed ratio is studied.According to the actual operating conditions and manufacturing requirements of wind turbine,the connection form of differential gear train is optimized.Secondly,the wind turbine drive system model is established by considering the wind turbine,speed increasing gearbox,differential gear train,speed regulating motor and other components.On this basis,the parameters of wind energy utilization coefficient,blade tip speed ratio,differential gear train structure parameters,speed increase gearbox transmission ratio and so on are optimized and matched,and finally the selection of speed regulating motor is completed.关键词
