The role of cultural halls in improving the mechanism of rural civilization construction

Abstract
Cultural halls can empower the construction of rural civilization by exerting the functions of a motivation mechanism,operation mechanism,guarantee mechanism,and optimization mechanism.At the level of the motivation mechanism,relying on the multi-subject drive of government's leadership,villagers as the main body,and social collaboration,an endogenous driving force for rural civilization construction is formed.In terms of the operation mechanism,the realization of system goals is ensured by innovatively building a closed-loop system.For the guarantee mechanism,institutional guarantees and resource support are provided through rigid institutional constraints and flexible resource supply.Regarding the optimization mechanism,focusing on the two-way empowerment path of digital and intelligent transformation and cross-border integration,the boundaries of cultural services are expanded by relying on technological iteration and resource integration.关键词
