县域城乡社会治理水平的提升策略
Strategies for improving the governance level of urban-rural areas in county-level regions
摘要
Abstract
The integrated development of urban and rural areas is an inevitable requirement of Chinese-style modernization.As a key hub connecting cities and rural areas,county-level regions are of great significance in promoting the integration of urban-rural governance.County regions possess both urban and rural characteristics.Their complete governance structure,connected governance hierarchy,integrated governance space,and unique regional culture provide institutional,functional,spatial,and cultural support for the integrated development of urban and rural areas.In this regard,it is necessary to improve the level of urban-rural governance in county-level regions from four aspects:driving urban-rural collaborative development through resource integration,enhancing urban-rural coordination efficiency via three-level linkage,promoting the integration of urban-rural elements through two-way interaction,and advancing urban-rural complementary development by implementing classified policies,so as to promote the modernization of social governance in county regions and the integrated development of urban and rural areas.关键词
