Abstract
Building a digital ecological civilization involves optimizing ecological civilization development models through digital and intelligent technologies,constituting a strategic imperative for establishing both digital China and beautiful China.The new quality productivity represents a form of green productivity that embodies new momentum,catalyzes innovative models,and gives rise to emerging business formats.Empowering the digital ecological civilization with new quality productive forces constitutes a theoretical innovation in putting Marxist ecological philosophy into practice,aligns with the core value orientation of ecological common prosperity,and represents an essential requirement to overcome the ecological constraints of traditional productive forces,address the complex challenges of ecological digitization,and advance global collaborative ecological governance.From the perspective of the empowerment mechanism,new quality productivity can break through technological lock-in,promote the transformation of industrial paradigms,drive the improvement of total factor productivity,and force the improvement of institutional systems.To fully leverage the empowering role of new quality productivity in building the digital ecological civilization,it is imperative to break core technological barriers to establish a robust green-digital dual foundation;deepen industrial synergy to foster a digital-ecological circular economy;strengthen the recruitment and cultivation of high-end talent to build an interdisciplinary-leadership talent echelon;and innovate institutional supply systems to develop an adaptive-pioneering governance paradigm.关键词
