决策冲突在中青年糖尿病患者决策自我效能与共享决策间的中介效应分析
Analysis of the mediating effect of decision conflict between decision-making self-efficacy and shared decision-making in young and middle-aged diabetic patients

Abstract
Objective Based on the structural equation model,the mediating effect of decision conflict between deci-sion-making self-efficacy and shared decision-making in young and middle-aged diabetic patients was explored.Methods A total of 351 young and middle-aged diabetic patients who were treated in Yingtan 184th Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were included by the convenience sampling method.The patients were investigated using the general information questionnaire,the decision conflict scale(DCS),the decision self efficacy scale(DSES),and the 9-item shared decision making questionnnaire(SDM-Q-9).Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlations among patients' deci-sion-making self-efficacy,decision-making conflicts and shared decisions,and Amos 21.0 software was used to establish a structural equation model for mediating effect analysis.Results A total of 351 questionnaires were distributed in the study,and 328 valid questionnaires(93.45％)were retrieved.The results of the correlation analysis showed that the patients' decision-making self-efficacy was negatively correlated with decision-making conflicts and positively correlated with shared decision-making.Decision conflicts were negatively correlated with shared decisions.Decision-making conflict had a partial mediating effect between decision-making self-efficacy and shared decision-making.The intermediate effect value of decision-making self-efficacy,decision-making conflict and shared decision-making was 0.275,accounting for 32.97％of the total effect value.Conclusion Decision self-efficacy has a mediating effect between decision conflicts and shared de-cisions in young and middle-aged diabetic patients.关键词
