健全"校地深度协同"机制的思考

Abstract
Promoting the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas is the focus of the current"agriculture,rural areas and farmers"(the"Three Rural Issues")work,and enhancing the capacity and level of agricultural and forestry universities to serve rural revitalization is an important way to promote the modernization of rural governance.The"in-depth university-local collaboration"mechanism,as an innovative measure for agricultural and forestry universities to serve rural revitalization in the new era,should be systematically deconstructed in terms of its value orientation and practical pathways.This mechanism,through the organic integration of political logic(the goal of common prosperity),developmental logic(the integration of industry,academia and research),and governance logic(a tripartite linkage system),forms a practical pathway that includes Party and government leadership,industrial upgrading,knowledge innovation,and social participation.It can effectively construct a full-chain work system of"talent cultivation-talent utilization",enhance the level of rural governance modernization,and provide theoretical support and practical paradigms for promoting the endogenous development of rural revitalization.关键词
