四黄散外敷联合多磺酸粘多糖乳膏治疗经外周静脉留置针输注高渗药物所致静脉炎的效果
Effect of external application of Sihuang Powder combined with Mu-copolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream in the treatment of phlebitis caused by peripheral venous indwelling needle infusion of hypertonic drug

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of external application of Sihuang Powder combined with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream in the treatment of phlebitis caused by peripheral venous indwelling needle infusion of hypertonic drug.Methods A total of 120 patients with phlebitis who received peripheral venous indwelling needle infusion of hypertonic drug in Ganzhou Cancer Hospital from July 2022 to October 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group,traditional Chinese medicine group and combination group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Magnesium Sulfate cold wet compress,the traditional Chinese medicine group was treated with external application of Sihuang Powder,and the combination group was treated with external applica-tion of Sihuang Powder combined with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream.The patients in the three groups were treated for 1 week.The treatment effect and the main symptom disappearance time of the three groups were compared,and the tra-ditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,pain degree(visual analogue scale[VAS]),inflammatory indexes(high-sensitivity C-reactive protein[hs-CRP],interleukin-6[IL-6])before and after treatment were compared among the three groups.The adverse reactions during the treatment were recorded and compared among the three groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the combination group was higher than those of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the con-trol group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.017).The total effective rate of the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.017).During the treatment,the subsidence time of skin redness and swelling,local cords,local pain or numbness in the combination group were earlier than those in the control group and the traditional Chinese medicine group,and the subsidence time of the above symptoms in the Chinese medicine group were earlier than those in the control group,and the differences were statis-tically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P＞0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and VAS scores among the three groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and VAS scores of the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and VAS scores of the combination group were lower than those of the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group,and the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores and VAS scores of the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 among the three groups before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in the three groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in the combination group were lower than those in the traditional Chinese medicine group and the control group,and the levels of hs-CRP and IL-6 in the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion External application of Sihuang Powder combined with Mucopolysaccharide Polysulfate Cream has a good effect on phlebitis caused by peripheral venous indwelling needle infusion of hypertonic drugs,which can effectively reduce the level of inflammation,relieve pain,promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms,restore vascular elasticity of patients,and will not increase adverse reactions of patients.关键词
