Abstract
With the sustained growth in national investment in science and technology and the deepening reform of the fiscal and taxation system, the construction of financial and accounting teams within scientific research institutes has garnered increasing attention. However, due to the unique policy environment that prioritizes scientific researchers and positions financial personnel as auxiliary roles, challenges remain regarding the stability of these teams. From the perspective of job satisfaction, this research provided an in-depth analysis of the current state and issues surrounding the development of finance and accounting teams in scientific research institutes.By employing questionnaires and interviews, and conducting a detailed statistical analysis, key influencing factors such as salary and benefits, career development opportunities, working environment, and management systems were identified.Based on these findings, recommendations include enhancing the compensation system through targeted incentives, improving training mechanisms to refine career advancement pathways, strengthening financial informatization to boost work efficiency, and fostering institutional cultural development to address staff ideological trends and enhance humanistic care. These measures aimed to elevate job satisfaction among finance and accounting personnel, thereby enhancing team cohesion and stability, improving work and service efficiency, and ultimately promoting the sustainable development of scientific research activities. This study offers valuable insights for the effective construction of finance and accounting teams in research institutes.关键词
