农业科研院所管理岗位工作优化路径研究

Abstract
As an important force driving agricultural scientific and technological innovation and development,agricultural scientific research institutes undertake the significant mission of solving key technical bottlenecks in agriculture and cultivating new agricultural technological achievements.As a hub connecting all links of the scientific research and innovation chain,management positions play a key role in ensuring the smooth progress of scientific research and improving the efficiency and quality of scientific research.Taking Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,this research analyzed the importance of management positions in agricultural scientific research institutes.It was found that current management positions had problems such as insufficient ideological understanding,cross-over of organizational structures and job responsibilities,poor communication and coordination,imperfect job promotion mechanisms,and single evaluation mechanisms.Combined with the particularity of agricultural scientific research institutes and management practice experience,it puts forward targeted and operable optimization paths,aiming to promote the construction of a modern management system with clear responsibilities,efficient operation,and scientific incentives,and provide theoretical basis and practical paths for agricultural scientific research institutes to better serve the rural revitalization strategy and empower the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.关键词
