科研管理视角下农业新质生产力影响因素研究
THE INFLUENCING FACTORS OF THE AGRICULTURAL NEW QUALITY PRODUCTIVITY FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH MANAGEMENT

Abstract
New quality productivity,as a new productivity with higher quality under the guidance of scientific and technological innovation,provides a new opportunity for agricultural development and the improvement of agricultural science and technology management efficiency.Based on the connotation and characteristics of the agricultural new quality productivity,this research constructed an evaluation index system of the agricultural new quality productivity,and measured and analyzed the level of the agricultural new quality productivity in 30 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions,excluding Hong Kong,Macao,Taiwan and Xizang)in China from 2011 to 2022 by using entropy method,dagum Gini coefficient method,kernel density estimation method and spatial econometrics model.The results showed that the overall level of the agricultural new quality productivity in China was increasing year by year,but the overall level was not high;In all dimensions,the development level of new means of production was the highest,the object of new labor was the second,and the object of new labor was the last;In various regions,the gap between regions was widening,and there was a phenomenon of regional polarization in some areas.According to the analysis of spatial spillover,RD investment,the income level of rural labor force and the development level of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery all played a positive role in the spatial effect of the agricultural new quality productivity.Due to the imperfect education system in rural areas and the limited funds of rural governments,some factors had no a positive interaction with the agricultural new quality productivity.Based on the research conclusions,this research can provide feasible suggestions for the innovative and sustainable development of agriculture in China.关键词
