摘要
Abstract
From the perspective of agricultural new quality productivity,this paper thoroughly analyzed the current situation and existing problems of agrarian research project management and proposed a series of targeted optimization paths through literature research,case analysis,and other methods.It was found that the traditional management mode was deficient in resource allocation,management mechanism,transformation of scientific research results,and talent team building,which restricted the development of agricultural new quality productivity.Based on this,this research proposes optimization strategies such as innovating management concepts,perfecting management system mechanisms,improving management technology level,and strengthening talent team building,to improve the efficiency and quality of agricultural research project management,so as to promote the development of new quality productivity and support the process of agricultural modernization.关键词
