Whole-Process People's Democracy Empowering Rural Grassroots Governance:Values,Predicaments and Paths
摘要
Abstract
Grassroots governance serves as a critical pillar of social governance and represents the"last mile"in implemen-ting whole-process people's democracy.Characterized by its"whole-chain,all-encompassing,and comprehensive coverage",whole-process people's democracy holds significant value in rural grassroots governance.However,in practice,challenges per-sist,including insufficient capacity of rural grassroots Party organizations to advance whole-process people's democracy,a lack of awareness and capability among rural residents to participate in it,and inadequate institutional mechanisms for whole-process peo-ple's democracy in rural grassroots settings.To address these dilemmas,paths for optimizing the empowerment of rural grassroots governance through whole-process people's democracy may include strengthening Party-building guidance,fostering multi-stake-holder collaborative governance,and consolidating institutional safeguards.关键词
