Study on the Life Experience and Works of Cheng Ling,a Manchu Poet in the Qing Dynasty,with a Chronological Analysis of His Poetry and Ci
摘要
Abstract
Cheng Ling,a Manchu official and literati of the Qing Dynasty,came from a humble background and started with the imperial examination system.He served in the reigns of Daoguang,Xianfeng,and Tongzhi.His life trajectory can be divided into three periods based on his official experience,namely the period of study and examination in Chuzhou,the period of decline of the Ministry of Rites in Kyoto,and the period of outstanding political achievements in Guizhou.Cheng Ling was deeply influenced by Confucian culture.In addition to his official duties,he continued to write and spread his works wherever he went,including Nanqiao Collection,Yanshi Collection,Libu Collection,Qiannan Collection,Bingcan Poetry,etc.,which were included in the Poetry Collection of Da Xiao Ya Tang.It is of great significance to sort out Cheng Ling's official experience and chronology his poetry as much as possible,in order to understand his life trajectory,the regional attributes of his works,and the process of Manchu Han ethnic integration.关键词
