我国南方稻区镉植物有效性预测模型
Prediction models for soil cadmium phytoavailability in paddy fields of southern China

Abstract
To further determine the quantitative relationship between soil Cd phytoavailability and Fe oxides under field conditions,178 pairs of brown rice and rhizosphere soil samples were collected and analyzed from the typical Cd-contaminated paddy fields in Guangdong Province of China,the effects of the transformation of Fe oxides on soil Cd phytoavailability were investigated,and the prediction models for soil Cd phytoavailability in typical paddy fields of southern China were established based on Fe oxides.The results showed that paddy soil in the study area suffered from moderate to severe Cd pollution and imposed a high potential ecological risk on agricultural production;Compared with dilute hydrochloric acid,DTPA and ammonium acetate extraction methods,the soil available Cd content extracted by calcium chloride extraction method(CaCl2-Cd)was most closely related to the grain Cd content(Cdr);the CaCl2-Cd content exhibited a significant and positive correlation with the total Fe content(Fes)and did a significant and negative correlation with the ratio of free iron oxide(Fed)to Fes,the Cdr content showed a significant and positive correlation with the Fes content,a negative correlation with both the Fed and Fec contents,a positive correlation with the ratio of amorphous iron oxide(Feo)to Fed and a significant and negative correlation with the ratio of Fed to Fes;the prediction models for soil Cd phytoavailability could be used to accurately predict the soil available Cd and grain Cd contents in paddy fields of this study,and the values of root mean square error between the predicted values and the measured values were 0.034 and 0.14,respectively.关键词
