Research on the Reform and Innovation of Integrating Ideological and Political Elements into Curriculum Teaching for Economics and Management Majors

Abstract
Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the Party Central Committee has attached great importance to the work of fostering virtue through education and has continuously promoted the innovation and development of ideological and political courses as well as the integration of ideological and political education into all courses.For students majoring in economics and management,it is of vital importance to establish correct values.Surveys have found that in the process of promoting the integration of ideological and political elements into courses for economics and management majors,the following main problems exist:there is a lack of overall planning among courses,and the synergy effect has not been effectively brought into play;the ways of integrating ideological and political elements into course teaching are rather monotonous;the evaluation mechanism for teachers'ideological and political teaching abilities in courses is imperfect;the evaluation mechanism for students'learning effects of ideological and political education in courses is imperfect;there is a shortage of high-quality teaching resources for ideological and political education in courses.In response to these problems,the following countermeasures should be taken:establish a coordinated planning mechanism for professional ideological and political education;expand the teaching methods and scenarios of ideological and political education in courses;improve the evaluation mechanism for teachers'ideological and political teaching abilities in courses;improve the evaluation mechanism for students'learning effects of ideological and political education in courses;accelerate the development and construction of high-quality teaching resources for ideological and political education in courses.关键词
