深部高应力修复巷道变形机理及改性—支护技术研究
Research on deformation mechanism and modification-supporting technology of deep high stress repair roadway

Abstract
With the increase of coal mining depth,the problem of roadway repair faced by deep large deformation roadways has become increasingly prominent.To study the treatment methods for repairing deep high stress roadways,geological and mechanical parameter testing was first conducted to ascertain the stress environment of the roadway and the intrinsic properties of its surrounding rock.A re-search method combining on-site investigation and theoretical analysis was adopted,taking Fuli Coal Mine as the research object,to study the deformation problem of the surrounding rock of the mine roadway.It was found that the lack of ground stress data and unrea-sonable supporting design were the main reasons for the large deformation of the roadway.A control idea for the surrounding rock of the roadway was proposed,which includes grouting reinforcement modification and high prestressed long short anchor combined supporting.The research findings indicate that deep high ground stress is the key cause of large deformation of roadway surrounding rock;repeated ineffective repairs that compromise the integrity of the surrounding rock are significant contributors to roadway deformation;and the ex-clusive use of shed support without fully utilizing the self bearing capacity of the surrounding rock through active support is the direct cause of roadway deformation.In the joint supporting scheme,grouting reinforcement was first used to restore the integrity of the sur-rounding rock of the roadway,and then radial constraint was provided through prestressed supporting to fully utilize the bearing capacity of the surrounding rock,effectively controlling the deformation of the roadway.The monitoring results show that the grouting reinforce-ment modification+high prestressed long short anchor joint supporting technology can effectively control the deformation of the surround-ing rock of the roadway,and the subsidence of the roadway roof reduced from the original 1000 mm to 50-110 mm,with significant effects.The research results provide reference and inspiration for the repair of deep high stress roadways.关键词
