山茶籽油与汉防己素对疼痛的联合舒缓作用研究
A study of the soothing effect of camellia seed oil in combination with Tetrandrine on pain
摘要
Abstract
The soothing effect of camellia seed oil on inflammation-induced pain and the promotion of this effect when combined with Tetrandrine were investigated.Two human cell models,SH-SY5Y and HaCaT,were used to carry out the study based on the inhibitory effect on TRPV1 signaling pathway as the main screening mechanism.The results showed that camellia seed oil was able to effectively inhibit the LPS-induced elevation of Ca2+concentration,ROS levels,and mRNA expression of TRPV1,SP,and IL-1β.All of these effects were enhanced by the addition of Tetrandrine to camellia seed oil;the promotion effect was best when a single Tetrandrine B was added;and the promotion effect was weakened with the increase in the proportion of Tetrandrine A added.关键词
